My license key is refused
Verify there are no spaces before/after the key, that the format matches GLMB-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX, and that the license is active in My account → My licenses (not expired or revoked).
The game excludes me at connection
This means no active license is linked to your Roblox account. Link your username from My account → My licenses, or enter your key directly in the game interface.
My TikTok live doesn't trigger anything in the game
- Verify the live is active before joining the game.
- Verify the TikTok username entered in TikFinity or Tik360 (without the
@). - A delay of 2 to 5 seconds is normal between the action on the live and its effect in the game.
- Try with a simple gift instead of just a like to confirm the connection works.
My download link has expired
Links are valid for 30 minutes. Return to My account → My licenses to generate a new link.
