Terms of Sale

Last updated: July 2026

Article 1 — Purpose and scope

These Terms of Sale ("Terms") govern all sales made on the GameFinds website, published by Robin PICRAY, sole trader (SIRET 944 408 699 00022), between the seller (hereinafter "the Provider") and any individual or legal entity making a purchase on the site (hereinafter "the Customer"). Any order placed on the site implies unreserved acceptance of these Terms.

Article 2 — Products

The site offers ready-to-use digital products for sale: interactive TikTok games for Roblox, presets and scripts. The essential characteristics of each product (content, usage license, compatibility) are described on its product page.

Prices shown are in euros. As the Provider benefits from the VAT exemption scheme (article 293 B of the French Tax Code), the prices shown do not include VAT. The Provider reserves the right to change its prices at any time; products are invoiced based on the price in effect at the time of order.

Article 3 — Order

The Customer selects the desired products, adds them to their cart, then confirms their order after creating or providing their customer account. Confirming the order, followed by payment, constitutes firm and definitive acceptance of these Terms. An order confirmation is sent by email and remains accessible from the customer account.

Article 4 — Payment

Payment is made in full at the time of order, by credit card via Stripe, a secure payment provider compliant with the PCI-DSS standard. The Provider never has access to the Customer's banking details. The order is only processed and the product delivered after payment confirmation.

Article 5 — Delivery

As the products are dematerialized, delivery is immediate: as soon as payment is confirmed, the Customer accesses their license key and a download link from their customer account ("Downloads" and "Licenses" sections). For security reasons, each download link is valid for a limited period but can be regenerated at any time from the account, as long as it remains active.

Article 6 — Right of withdrawal

In accordance with Article L221-28 13° of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content not supplied on a physical medium, the performance of which has begun after the Customer's prior express agreement and express waiver of their right of withdrawal. By confirming their order and then proceeding to payment — which triggers the immediate provision of the product — the Customer expressly requests the immediate supply of the digital content and waives their right of withdrawal. Consequently, no refund can be demanded once the product has been made available, except under the warranty provided for in Article 9.

Article 7 — Customer account

The purchase of digital products requires the creation of a customer account. The Customer is responsible for the confidentiality of their credentials and for any activity carried out from their account. License keys issued are personal and may not be shared, resold or transferred to a third party, unless otherwise stated on the product page.

Article 8 — Intellectual property and license of use

The products sold (code, scripts, presets, assets) remain the exclusive intellectual property of the Provider. The purchase grants the Customer a personal, non-exclusive license of use, under the conditions specified on the product page, excluding any transfer of ownership. Any reproduction, resale, redistribution or modification for commercial purposes is prohibited without the Provider's prior written authorization.

Article 9 — Warranty and support

The Provider guarantees that the delivered products conform to their description. In the event of a proven malfunction of the product itself (blocking bug at delivery), the Customer may contact support via Discord or by email to obtain a fix. If no technical solution can be provided within a reasonable time, a refund may be offered at the Provider's discretion.

Article 10 — Liability

The Provider cannot be held liable for malfunctions resulting from changes made by the Customer, non-compliant use of the product, or changes made by third-party platforms (Roblox, TikTok, YouTube, Twitch, Kick) over which the Provider has no control and which may affect the operation of the products sold.

Article 11 — Personal data

The processing of the Customer's personal data as part of their order is described in our Privacy policy.

Article 12 — Applicable law and disputes

These Terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, the Customer is invited to first contact the Provider to seek an amicable solution. In accordance with Article L616-1 of the French Consumer Code, the consumer Customer may also use a consumer mediator free of charge, or the European online dispute resolution platform available at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. Failing an amicable resolution, the competent courts will be those determined by ordinary law rules.
